About Me
Hi, I’m Julie — a Registered Nurse, Board-Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, and nutrition specialist with a Master’s Degree in Applied Nutrition. But more importantly, I’m someone who knows what it feels like to struggle with health, to feel exhausted by symptoms, and to wonder if things will ever change.
For years, I searched for answers in conventional medicine alone, only to realize that my health required a more comprehensive approach. I began to study nutrition, functional medicine, and lifestyle interventions — not just to heal myself, but to help others who were tired of feeling stuck in their own bodies.
Today, I help men and women reclaim their health through a personalized approach that goes far beyond diets and quick fixes. Together, we uncover the root causes of weight struggles, gut imbalances, fatigue, and inflammation. My philosophy is simple: health is not about perfection, it’s about creating intentional daily choices that lead to long-term vitality.

My Journey from Burnout to Balance
I’ve spent more than two decades as a Registered Nurse, earned a Master’s in Applied Nutrition, and even hold a Bachelor’s in Business. On paper, I had all the knowledge, resources, and access to treatments. Yet despite everything, I wasn’t healing.
The turning point came when I realized that many of my patients were struggling with the very same issues I faced — low energy, stubborn weight, and chronic symptoms that never seemed to resolve. The pattern was clear: poor diet, unmanaged stress, and lifestyle choices were quietly working against them. And no prescription alone could fix it.
I came to realize that real healing isn’t about relying on a quick fix — it’s about uncovering the root causes and making consistent, intentional choices each day. My own transformation began when I started focusing on the essentials:

- Finding practical ways to manage stress
- Protecting my sleep as a non-negotiable
- Moving in ways that energize and uplift me
When I embraced these practices, my health — and my life — transformed. Today, I feel energetic, focused, and confident, and I’ve made it my mission to guide others to the same transformation.
